The IJBA Jackpot Heifer Show is held each year in the Junior Barn during the Illinois State Fair.

Edge Conference
This one-day conference allows junior members the opportunity to explore different facets of the beef industry. EDGE Conference is a beginner-level conference facilitated by the Illinois Beef Association and the Illinois Junior Beef Association Board. Membership in the Illinois Junior Beef Association is required.

The Illinois Livestock Leadership Institute (ILLI) is put on in partnership with the Illinois Pork Producers. ILLI is a multiple-day program that provides young men and women the opportunity to explore agriculture beyond Illinois.

Year three of IJBT is bringing an exciting lineup of tour stops & educational opportunities! This more advanced curriculum and multiple-day program allows junior beef members to learn about careers that exist within the beef industry right here in Illinois.
